Selena Gomez announced a collaboration with Coldplay on Monday. Additionally, the band confirmed it would join The Late Late Show with James Corden from Oct. 18 – Oct. 21.
Gomez tweeted a clip from the song “Let Somebody Go,” in which she provides vocals for the band. The track is on Coldplay’s forthcoming album Music of the Spheres.
“When you call the mathematicians and you ask them to explain,” Gomez sings. “They say love is only equal to the pain.”

Music of the Spheres also features BTS on the song “My Universe” and We Are KING and Jacob Collier on the song “Human Heart.”
Coldplay’s weeklong residency on The Late Late Show will promote the release of Music of the Spheres. Gomez will perform the television premiere of “Let Somebody Go.” Collier and We Are KING will also perform “Human Heart.”
Music of the Spheres will be released Oct. 15. It will be the band’s 9th studio album.
