Selena Gomez may be one of the biggest stars out there at the minute, but it seems like even she gets starstruck, as the Disney star revealed that she ran away when she bumped into Jennifer Aniston during a recent encounter at a Hollywood event. Awkward!
Selena, who showed off a slightly raunchier side recently in latest movie Spring Breakers, has opened up about her recent meeting with the former Friends acress, admitting that she panicked when she first saw her.
In an interview with Radio Disney, the brunette said: “I ran away from Jennifer Aniston when she said, ‘Hi’, I was terrified of her,” Gomez remembered.
“I was scared, so I ran away and I’m really embarrassed about that.”
The actress went on to admit that she was totally starstruck by Aniston, who she had grown up watching on Friends.
“I didn’t know what to do – it’s Rachel,” she joked.
Meanwhile, in terms of her romance with superstar Justin Bieber, it seems like things may finally be over with the showbiz pair, with recent reports suggesting that both stars are “hooking up with different people.”
Despite the couple recently reconcilling at Selena’s Los Angeles home, any chance of rekindling their two year relationship is said to be off the cards with both stars eager to move on.
“I definitely know that [Selena] is hooking up with one guy,” a source told HollywoodLife, adding:”They were hooking up while she and Justin were on and off.”
And when it comes to Justin, he’s reportedly been inundated with offers while on his Believe tour and isn’t doing badly when it comes to women.
“One million per cent,” the insider added when asked about Justin, “he is totally hooking up with girls.”
According to another insider Spring Breakers star Selena is determined to leave the romance in the past and move on from Bieber.
“She has totally moved on from him,” a source told the website.
“There is no hope that she will get back together. I think he would definitely want to get back with her, but she does not want it.”
